Akihiro is a 15-year-old high school student at Tsunaduma High School in Chiba Prefecture. His house is near Funabashi City and Kamagaya City, along the Tobu Urban Park Line in Magomezawa. He is the main character of this story. Before, he worked in a cosplay brothel and was not good at socializing. Unfortunately, he died from overwork and lack of sleep. Now, a mysterious being named “Firebird” gives him a chance to redo his life until he enters high school again, though the reasons for this are unclear.

Eri is also a 15-year-old high school student and the protagonist’s classmate at Tsunaduma High School. She worries about her plain looks and tries to change herself in high school. She starts a conversation with the protagonist, sitting next to him, and they become friends. Eri is not as plain as she thinks, and she doesn’t realize that her appearance and clothes can make a big difference in how others see her.

Sayaka is a 15-year-old student at Tsunaduma High School in Chiba. She stands out because of her appearance, but she struggles with social situations and is affected by gossip on the school’s website. The protagonist helps her deal with the challenges she faces.
- Hongou Yayoi

Yayoi is the protagonist’s cousin and a first-year student at Keio University’s Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care. She lives in Mutsumi on the Tobu Urban Park Line. Despite being a caring person, she can be a bit serious.
- Kashiyama Saya

Saya is a second-year student at Tsunaduma High School, works with the protagonist at Patisserie Ando Trois. While she may seem outgoing and cheerful, she is secretly a big fan of BL (boys’ love).
- Shibata Mayuri
Birthday: September 7th
Mayuri is a classmate of the protagonist at Tsunaduma High School. They became friends through a shared interest in drawing illustrations for Kimetsu no Yaiba. Mayuri also works at Patisserie Ando Trois. Although she gets along with Saya, she doesn’t share the same interest in BL. Recently, she has been absorbed in the mobile game Touken Ranbu and is slowly becoming more involved in the otaku world. She’s a bit of a dreamer.
- Nakagaito Shizuka
Birthday: September 15th
Nakagaito is a 15-year-old classmate in the same high school as the protagonist. She looks okay, but her parents haven’t praised her much, so she doesn’t think highly of herself. Recently, she gained more confidence after joining the ranks of famous Youtubers. She is the closest classmate to the protagonist because they interact a lot.
- Tsumabira Fumika
Birthday: August 10th
Fumika is a 15-year-old student at Kenbune Funabashi Prefectural High School.
She was protagonist’s childhood friend who lived nearby when they were in kindergarten. She came back here for high school because of a job transfer, but she moved in late April because the pre-built house construction was delayed.
Before the event change, she was Haga’s childhood friend but was rejected by him. She has strong feelings, maybe because the protagonist stood up to Haga and the incident was erased.
- Kokonoe Arianna Charlotte
Birthday: January 21st
Kokonoe is a 15-year-old classmate in the same high school as the protagonist. She was born in New York and grew up there, so she returned to Japan. Because her father’s job required moving, she mostly acts like an American. She is very attractive and stylish, and has won many piano competitions in America.
