    Heroine Regret 11

    Edited by: Tiny Fan Fiction

    Resentment’s Determination

Kasumigaoka Utaha’s heart suddenly jolted, her brows furrowing slightly before relaxing. She couldn’t help but think about something.

Coldly glancing at Kitakami Yoru who was crying his eyes out, she scornfully spat out, “Don’t ever show up in front of me again, it’s disgusting…”

    “Kasumigaoka…..Utah…

Kitakami Yoru struggled to hold back his tears and gritted out the other’s name from behind Kasumigaoka Utaha.

His fists clenched tightly, Kitakami Yoru’s teeth were almost crushed as he glared towards the Principal’s Office.

The heavy door blocked Kitakami Yoru’s view.

    And……Shinomiya Kaguya!

Endless anger and resentment surged within him, if it could be materialized, it would be enough to burn everything!

    “Sigh~”

Kitakami Yoru released his clenched fists and took a deep breath before leaving the Principal’s Office.

    It was around lunchtime.

Kitakami Yoru found a secluded place within Shuchiiin Academy to cry his fill, drying his tears before leaving with his luggage.

He was afraid that if he cried on his way home, it would be too embarrassing.

And he couldn’t cry at home, as it would worry his parents.

    ……

Kitakami Yoru’s house was in the northern part of Shinagawa District, close to the border of Minato District.

It usually took half an hour by train to commute.

Now with a heavy heart, Kitakami Yoru walked back home with his luggage, following the traffic and skyscrapers.

The scenery of Minato District was quite nice, especially around Shuchiiin Academy.

Tokyo Tower, Japan’s largest Seaside Park, racecourse…

Kitakami Yoru walked for an hour and a half before reaching home.

His house was a luxurious two-story building with a large yard.

At this time, his parents hadn’t finished work yet.

So Kitakami Yoru felt at ease coming back, took the key and entered the house.

Back in his warm home, Kitakami Yoru changed his shoes and couldn’t help but shed more tears.

After crying for a long time, his eyes were blurry with only a few tears rolling down.

    “Sigh…. Sigh…..”

Kitakami Yoru sobbed as he climbed the stairs to his bedroom.

He threw himself onto his soft bed, burying his head and clenching his fists tightly.

Kitakami Yoru kept telling himself to be strong, not to cry!

Finally, after squeezing out a few tears, Kitakami Yoru suppressed his grievances and started reminiscing.

The relentless Mafuyu Kirisu who wanted to report him to the police and ruin his life! The spiteful Kasumigaoka Utaha who framed him and made him socially dead!

And the inexplicable Shinomiya Kaguya who targeted him!

    These three bad women!

Kitakami Yoru’s heart was filled with endless resentment, suddenly lifting his face from the pillow.

His expression twisted and hateful, eyes bloodshot as if they would pop out!

    “Don!”

Suddenly, Kitakami Yoru’s terrifying expression hit his bed with a heavy fist, making a loud noise.

The bed frame shook from the impact.

    “Ah! Ah!”

Kitakami Yoru sat up and desperately attacked his bed, venting his endless anger.

“Why don’t you all believe me, why do you all doubt me, it’s so unfair….so unfair……”

Kitakami Yoru roared, the sound echoing in the room and piercing through the thick walls.

Fortunately, this is a private house with good privacy; nothing can be heard from outside.

Slightly venting, Kitakami Yoru, whose mind was filled with confusion, propped up his obese body and sat cross-legged on the bed.

He suddenly remembered that when he went out to bathe last night, he noticed lights near his tent!

    “Could it be the culprit?”

This thought flashed through Kitakami Yoru’s mind.

At that time, he thought someone was coming to bully him and ruin his tent, so he hurried back.

The other party, fearing discovery, hurriedly buried Kasumigaoka Utaha’s stockings and underpants in the sand.

Because the place where he found the stockings and underpants was very close to his tent…

    “This?”

Kitakami Yoru’s brows twitched, thinking of the key point.

If the other party’s intention was to take Kasumigaoka Utaha’s personal belongings, they would have simply hidden them instead of burying them in the sand.

Taking the items and hiding is much faster than burying them first.

So it can be inferred that the other party’s purpose was not to collect Kasumigaoka Utaha’s personal belongings.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t have gone through the trouble and risk of burying them in the sand.

At least that much is certain!

    “So, the culprit isn’t male?”

Kitakami Yoru figured out the key point and sat up straight.

“Then, the culprit’s motive is just like I thought before?!”

“Revenge for Kasumigaoka Utaha, or… revenge on me?”

Kitakami Yoru’s eyes widened as he slowly exhaled a cold breath.

The more he thought along this line, the more he felt his guess was almost correct.

He could even boldly say that it was true!

Kitakami Yoru, annoyed at himself for being too hasty and scared, hadn’t recalled this crucial clue, so he quickly got up.

But as soon as he lifted his leg, he gave up and sat back down.

He estimated that Kasumigaoka Utaha would only think this was an excuse to divert attention…

Frustrated, Kitakami Yoru punched the bed repeatedly, constantly thinking about the motives of the criminal.

Revenge for Kasumigaoka Utaha, revenge on me? Or both?

    But who could it be?

Who had a bad relationship with Kasumigaoka Utaha and wanted revenge on them?

Or maybe they were jealous of Kasumigaoka Utaha, thinking it would be fun to give them their personal belongings and annoy them.

“Damn it, don’t let me catch you!”

Kitakami Yoru’s calm expression turned grim and terrifying.

This damned criminal, never let me find out who you are.

If you’re male, I’ll make you regret not being a man.

If you’re female, I’ll make you experience the treatment of Princess Freya!!!

    Right now!

The unknown, genderless, and motive-less criminal was sentenced to death in Kitakami Yoru’s heart.

His hatred for the criminal even surpassed his feelings towards Kasumigaoka Utaha!

“Criminal, Kasumigaoka Utaha, Shinomiya Kaguya, Mafuyu Kirisu…

“I will never forgive you, don’t ever give me the chance…

Kitakami Yoru’s hoarse voice sounded like an old tree being peeled, terrifyingly creepy.

    Not now.

A gentleman takes revenge; it’s never too late after ten years.

At worst, wait until my parents are gone, and I have no ties left.

Anyway, Kitakami Yoru felt like he was a useless fat otaku who couldn’t live without his parents.

He had never felt much happiness.

    What’s there to fear then?

    It’s better to fight back!

Yoru remembers the Korean comic he had seen before, “True Man,” by Chief Director Cheonghou.
