Little golden retriever sprays
Chika-chan? Cough-cough…
Kitagami Yoru is gently calling out Fujiwara Chika’s name, showing affection.
She tightly grips her skirt and pulls out the creases.
“What’s going on?”
“You’ve been called twice now. Satisfied yet?”
Fujiwara Chika, with a face redder than before, turns around and says.
If Kitagami Yoru weren’t involved, she would definitely make Fujiwara Chika go check her mirror and rush to the hospital for an emergency appointment.
Redness doesn’t befit a normal person.
“Chika, check your face with your phone; it’s super red.”
Kitagami Yoru is calm but quickly changes his hesitant words into reminders.
“What’s wrong?”
Fujiwara Chika can feel her face getting hot.
But upon hearing Kitagami Yoru say that, she quickly rummages through her pockets to find her phone.
In a panic, she searches through her pocket, then suddenly glares at the lost phone.
“My phone is missing!”
Fujiwara Chika stands up and looks around in surprise, thinking her phone fell nearby.
“Is it gone?”
Kitagami Yoru turns his neck to help find it, eventually discovering something unusual on the other side of Fujiwara Chika’s skirt.
“Maybe it’s in the pocket on the other side?” Kitagami Yoru suggests.
At the mention of this, Fujiwara Chika stretches her hand out and finds her phone, quickly exhaling in relief.
She then turns to Kitagami Yoru with a smile that’s almost a smirk, her eyes brimming with affection.
“Oh!”
She exclaims with a voice brimming with shyness, interrupting the conversation.
Fujiwara Chika kicks her legs as she turns around, feeling thoroughly embarrassed.
“Chika is even cuter like this,”
Kitagami Yoru says smoothly.
He doesn’t know why, but certain thoughts naturally surface in his mind and spill out without him realizing it.
“I already know I’m adorable. You don’t need to remind me.”
Fujiwara Chika puffs out her cheeks and tosses her head playfully.
For the scene before him, Kitagami Yoru just smiles in silence, waiting for Fujiwara Chika to calm down before she sits back beside him.
Even though they’re apart by a little distance,
someone bold approaches again.
“Hi, Chika….”
Kitagami Yoru’s expression is filled with an inexplicable desire.
Like a fire burning fiercely.
The fuel meets the flame.
Is two kisses enough?
“Do you want to do it again?”
Fujiwara Chika quickly responds without looking up, using her phone camera to check her face.
It’s a bit red…
Is there anything unusual?
“I can… um…”
“Still want to kiss you? Can I, though?”
The greedy Kitagami Yoru quietly wraps his arms around Fujiwara Chika and makes a request.
“No, it’s not possible… just now…”
“It was about thanking you yesterday…”
“Don’t think too much, go make your dreams.”
Fujiwara Chika turns her face away, tucking her phone into her pocket, looking embarrassed.
She even mutters a crude word at the end.
Can you believe it?
An ordinary person might slip up and say a couple of crude words.
It’s not surprising.
For Fujiwara Chika, who was raised with good family teachings and follows the household rules, to spit out such harsh words is extremely shocking.
Because the boy she likes asked her for a kiss!
“They say if a girl doesn’t want it, then she does.”
Kitagami Yoru isn’t stupid or crazy.
He’s not afraid of making Fujiwara Chika angry.
Huh-huh…
Laughing.
“I thought I was done with them yesterday…”
“They’re the most annoying, Chika-chan.”
Kitagami Yoru slowly wraps his arms around Fujiwara Chika.
She doesn’t resist at all.
What should I do… sob, sob…
“Is Kitagami-san coming over, right?”
“I… my brain is overheating… I’m going to melt down…”
Fujiwara Chika, her mind in chaos, can’t react at all.
The intense red flush on her face gradually fades away.
Should she refuse or not?
Fujiwara Chika’s thoughts are as tangled as a storm cloud, truly confused and still a bit scared.
“Chika-chan, Chika-chan, I really like you, okay?”
Kitagami Yoru’s lips approach Fujiwara Chika’s ear, whispering in a flirty manner about the shy girl’s scent.
Wait?
That doesn’t feel right…
I didn’t plan to say: I like you. The words just came out.
How did those words come out of me?
I wanted to take them back, but it’s too late and impossible.
Kitagami Yoru notices Fujiwara Chika’s body trembles slightly, realizing it’s because of those words.
Of course, maybe he said it in a flirty tone.
“Chika-chan, actually…”
“I was thinking…”
At first, Kitagami Yoru doesn’t lean in to kiss her but blows a warm breath near her ear instead.
Being bold, he makes an unreasonable demand.
“Can I touch you?”
“Hmm….”
Fujiwara Chika managed to suppress her instinctual reaction and forced herself to say the words from her throat, which surprisingly agreed to Kitagami Yoru’s unreasonable demands.
“So… you’re saying I should agree?”
Kitagami Yoru didn’t hesitate, his face soft with kindness.
……
The autumn sun was blocked by a small pavilion on top.
A gentle breeze filled the air.
Fujiwara Chika crossed her arms, looking both cute and annoyed as she stared intently at Kitagami Yoru.
“Chika… I… I’m sorry….”
“It’s all my fault….”
Kitagami Yoru didn’t know what he’d done wrong, so he just apologized and moved on.
He felt cheap and satisfied, but it was already too late to take back.
The Student Council secretary, the esteemed Fujiwara Chika…..
What a noble young lady she is….”
“Is that not enough?”
“Or are you still comforting me through your uniform?”
“I took good care of you, being so attentive while we were together.”
As she pondered the reason, Fujiwara Chika stood up casually, brushing off her skirt.
“Chika… are you leaving?”
Kitagami Yoru froze in surprise.
“No way?”
Shouldn’t she say something more?”
All of you have touched me…
Isn’t it time to….?
“Who dares say anything to you, you insolent creature?”
“I’ll just ignore you and be done with it.”
Fujiwara Chika lets out a cold sigh, quickly walking out of the small refreshment area.
Until she feels her position is safe from Kitagami Yoru’s view, she gathers the courage to look back.
“Hmm.”
“Sigh.”
Fujiwara Chika visibly relaxes and runs away from here.
“Chika… she… has any concerns?”
Kitagami Yoru looks at the spot where Fujiwara Chika sat, savoring the lingering flavor of their last encounter.
Hmm.
It’s… like tea.
Not long after, he checks the time and decides to go back to class.
The afternoon classes went by surprisingly quickly.
After packing her bag and leaving the house, Kitagami Yoru almost collides with Eriri.
“I’m really sorry, Private Marseille.”
Before he can react, he chooses to apologize first.
After apologizing, he realizes it’s Eriri, the little golden retriever.
“You!”
Eriri is too scared to react, silently deducing that Kitagami Yoru was on purpose, giving him a menacing glare.
“You’re still pretty cute, huh?”
“This kind of threat doesn’t work at all,” Kitagami Yoru said with a slight tone.
“There are too many people here; you’re just lazy and you’re going to bother me.”
Eriri quietly thought to herself, stopping to plan to let Kitagami Yoru go first.
Kitagami Yoru didn’t hold back, quickly looking away and walking off towards the Art Club building.
Downstairs.
Changing shoes.
He had long since stopped caring about the letters, just mechanically changing his shoes before heading to the Club Complex Building.
On the way.
Seeing Yukinoshita Yukino from far away, Kitagami Yoru decided to say something.
Hurrying up to catch Yukinoshita Yukino.
“Yukinoshita.”
Approaching her side, Kitagami Yoru looked at Yukinoshita Yukino.
“Good afternoon, Kitagami-san,”
Yukinoshita Yukino said, turning her head to look at him without saying much.
“You seem upset.”
Kitagami Yoru asked casually.
“How do you know? I am upset, though.”
Yukinoshita Yukino hesitated for a moment, poking her face and responding with curiosity.
“I couldn’t really tell recently. Last weekend, I saw you….”
“And your sister… your mother, walking out of the Apartment together.”
Kitagami Yoru thought about it and still answered.
“You see this?”
Yukinoshita Yukino is staring at the unfamiliar face in front of her, a face she hasn’t seen in a few days.
A moment later, she looks away with confidence and asks, “Are you here to see me?”
“Not exactly,” she says casually. “I just happened to pass by.”
Kitagami Yoru shakes his head.
“Even if I were, I don’t really know where you live,” he says.
To avoid Yukinoshita Yukino’s embarrassment, he adds quickly.
“I wouldn’t be embarrassed over something so small.”
“Just a disagreement with my family.”
Yukinoshita Yukino forces a faint smile, her hand brushing against her ear as she does so.
Kitagami Yoru nods in agreement.
He and Yukinoshita Yukino don’t share any particularly close relationship.
So, asking about family matters?
Something she clearly doesn’t want to talk about.
They’re still a short distance away from the Club Complex Building.
Seeing this, Yukinoshita Yukino opens her mouth but still hasn’t mentioned Hiratsuka Shizuka’s new assignment.
Investigating why Kawasaki Saki is often late and correcting it.
And isn’t that unrelated to Kitagami Yoru?
First, Kitagami Yoru isn’t an official member of the Service Club.
Second, as a model for the Art Club, he can’t help much either.
“Goodbye.”
The two went up the stairs together. At the corner platform, Yukinoshita Yukino spoke first.
“Goodbye.”
Kitagami Yoru nodded slightly and watched as Yukinoshita Yukino walked away toward the top floor of the Service Club clubroom.
He was about to turn around and go to the Art Club, but Yukinoshita Yukino hesitated and looked back with an apologetic glance, calling out to Kitagami Yoru.
“That…Kitagami-san….can I visit San-san at your house?”
When her mood was bad, Yukinoshita Yukino liked to resolve it this way.
“OK.”
Kitagami Yoru smiled and made an OK hand gesture.
Upon arriving at the Art Club entrance, he knocked lightly on the door and entered.
Eriri hadn’t arrived yet.
Following yesterday’s pose, Kitagami Yoru took his seat.
Not long after, Eriri, who was last in the female group, also entered.
Everyone was carrying a canvas, a small chair, and preparing their brushes.
Eriri sat on the spot where someone had been using their phone, laughing uncontrollably to herself.
“Sagiri, you really are your sister’s lucky star.”
“A visit tomorrow will get me evidence against Kitagami Yoru. Ha ha….”
“This idiot…hmm…”
The conflicted feelings shifted from the phone screen to a video of Yukinoshita Yukino and Kitagami Yoru talking.
Despite that, it didn’t prove anything.
It did show that Yukinoshita Yukino and Kitagami Yoru had an unusual relationship.
Yet, Eriri’s intuition told her to continue following this lead.
Eventually, it would lead to a big catch.
“Tell Sagiri not to overthink things; you don’t have bad luck.”
“Such a statement doesn’t exist in the world.”
Eriri put away her phone, and her cute face instantly turned into a cold expression.
Her preparation work has already been handled by others.
When passing by, she overheard someone talking about the weather with Kitagami Yoru.
“Kitagami-san, you really don’t have a girlfriend?”
“No way?”
“Yes, can we start now?”
While claiming it was just small talk, Kitagami Yoru was clearly evasive.
“You go straight home after school?”
“Wouldn’t that be lonely?”
The group responsible for Kitagami Yoru were whispering among themselves.
Eriri tilted her ear, a faint smile playing on her lips.
Alright!
That manipulative jerk, Kitagami Yoru, really gets on my nerves.
Dare you say you don’t have a girlfriend?
That cute blond female student, isn’t she the one?”
The rumors about Aoyama Nanami are flying.
No wind, no waves…..
“Are you secretly cuddling and holding hands with girls while pretending to be innocent on the outside?”
“I absolutely hate people like that.”
Eriri is totally uninterested in this topic.
As the protagonist, Kitagami Yoru would rather be transported to another world by a dump truck and turned into a goblin.
“I’m not lonely. I have a pet.”
Kitagami Yoru keeps his pose, but his mouth can speak and move.
Eriri doesn’t know if it’s an illusion, but she notices Kitagami Yoru glances at her.
Eriri stops painting and looks over with a frown.
A white mixed-blood girl with blonde hair and twin ponytails….
“So cute.”
Kitagami Yoru smiles gently at Eriri, and evil thoughts surge in her heart.
“Do you have a dog?”
A boy asked curiously.
Coincidentally, Kitagami Yoru’s topic was right on topic.
“Yes, I had a little golden retriever for a short time before, it was super cute…”
“You are raising a dog after all.”
“I also think golden retrievers are cute, docile and obedient.”
“And then?”
The girls stared at him with wide eyes. They were not interested in golden retrievers at all.
A golden retriever was not worth their time.
Kitagami Yoru’s eyes suddenly turned into a sad and melancholy expression. A hint of nostalgia appeared on his face.
Facing Eriri, no one noticed the hidden mockery.
Except for the golden retriever himself.
“It is cute, but it is disobedient. It likes to bite people and yell at me.”
Kitagami Yoru sighed and shook his head.
“Thus, huh?”
“Hit it a bit, you naughty little dog. It needs discipline, discipline.”
The long-haired girl sitting beside Eriri swung her arms dramatically, imitating the motions of a dog.
Normally, she and Eriri get along okay.
“Kitagami Yoru!”
Eriri dared not get angry, but raged wildly inside.
“Ugh…”
“Its bad personality aside, this little golden retriever is cute, but its feet are really smelly… It’s too much!”
“This I can tolerate…”
“The worst part is its habit of spraying everywhere.”
“On the bed! On the balcony! In the bathroom! Facing the mirror! My body… in the bath!”
“Hmm, this little golden retriever…”
No one suspected Kitagami Yoru, though. They believed that little golden retriever had a bad personality and was just a worthless dog.
It wasn’t doing anything wrong.
