    Eriri’s Important Item

“I didn’t expect Kitagami-san would care about others.”

“I thought he was just a shut-in, staying home all day.”

“But why is he staring at me? I feel a bit embarrassed.”

Kato Megumi has a plain expression as she drinks her beverage, looking at Kitagami Yoru across from her.

    The time is noon.

Kitagami Yoru and Kato Megumi are having lunch at a restaurant near Akihabara in the Taito ward.

“The progress bar should be around 5%, no, maybe 4%?”

Kitagami Yoru keeps staring at the golden treasure chest above Kato Megumi’s head, hiding his facial expression with his palm.

He has been with Kato Megumi for about three hours.

“At this rate, wouldn’t we need to go on twenty dates?”

“Kitagami-san, is there something on my face?”

Kato Megumi couldn’t hold it in anymore, put down her drink, and spoke up with embarrassment.

“Ah? Oh, no……I was just daydreaming.”

“Sorry, do you want to go shopping in Akihabara later?”

Kitagami Yoru was interrupted from his thoughts and replied hastily.

“Sure, do as you say.” Kato Megumi nodded without any emotion.

The sunlight outside wasn’t too harsh and the weather was nice.

After resting at the restaurant, Kitagami Yoru and Kato Megumi left.

They split the cost of the meal.

In most countries, people usually either split the bill or one person pays for the other. This is the correct idea of dating.

This is the right concept of dating.

    Akihabara.

The so-called “second dimension holy land.”

It’s actually an electronics street that has become a massive 2D commercial district.

Kitagami Yoru and Kato Megumi decided to walk there.

From a distance, they looked at the huge advertisements on the skyscrapers and giant posters hanging around.

There were many good-looking girls dressed as maids handing out flyers, trying to lure people into expensive maid cafes for overpriced omelet rice and coffee.

“Is this Kato-san’s first time here?” Kitagami Yoru observed the girl beside him.

Finally, she showed a little reaction.

“Yeah, I’ve heard about it before but never seen it. It’s fascinating.” Kato Megumi had curiosity in her eyes as she looked at the colorful scenery of Akihabara.

“I’ll show you around, let me introduce you.”

I’ve been here a few times.

    Kitagami Yoru volunteered to go.

    Kato Megumi nodded at him.

    “This is Don Quijote….”

“This ramen shop is quite famous….”

“The prices here are 30% higher for used merchandise.”

“The posters on the pillars are from ‘Genshin Impact’, a popular game in China, and there will be a Genshin Cosplay Exhibition soon.”

Kitagami Yoru took Kato Megumi around, stopping at a corner.

There was a signpost and notice board here.

However, Kitagami Yoru didn’t say everything.

Not only is there a Cosplay Exhibition, but also a summer comic exhibition with r16 and r18 sections.

Honestly, he wanted to check it out.

“Let’s go see it then.” Kato Megumi wasn’t very interested but didn’t mind either.

She noticed Kitagami Yoru’s thoughts and spoke up.

    “Sure.” Kitagami Yoru nodded.

After resting for a bit, they walked over directly.

The Cosplay Exhibition was open to everyone.

There were many people, and Kitagami Yoru wanted to take Kato Megumi inside.

    Suddenly, he stopped.

A noticeable golden treasure chest was walking towards them from the crowd.

    “Who is it?”

“Kasumigaoka Utah? Shinomiya Kaguya? Or someone else?

Kitagami Yoru was lost in thought, wondering who it could be and squeezed into the crowd.

With Kato Megumi, he pushed through the people and approached the owner of the treasure chest.

They were dressed simply, with a white baseball cap, their fair skin exposed to the sun.

    “Eriri?”

    “Does she like anime too?”

Kitagami Yoru stopped and watched as Eriri walked towards them.

    Eriri also noticed Kitagami Yoru.

But she didn’t have time or mood to talk to others now.

She just wanted to find her lost backpack.

“It’s all Tomoya’s fault that I’m angry, it’s awful, it’s all his fault!”

“I don’t even know if he helped me find it, I’m in trouble!”

    Eriri’s eyes are looking around.

She is looking at every passerby and the ground, trying to find her lost backpack.

A backpack, it’s not important to her.

Inside the backpack, there is a sketchbook filled with drafts that she used as Eriri, a doujinshi artist.

    That’s what matters.

Yesterday, Eriri went to her good sister Izumi Sagiri’s house and they exchanged ideas on how to improve their art, bringing her sketchbook with her.

Otherwise, she usually keeps it at home.

This sketchbook is Eriri’s source of inspiration, it’s irreplaceable and very important to her.

    The most important thing is…

Eriri can’t remember if she doodled or wrote anything in the sketchbook that could expose her identity.

She remembers not doing so, but if she did, she would have erased it.

But since the sketchbook is missing, she’s unsure now.

“What if someone familiar finds the sketchbook and knows my identity, using it to threaten me?”

“If people at school find out that I’m a doujinshi artist, I’m done for, dead!”

“Maybe I’ll be expelled from Shuchiiin Academy, and my father is a diplomat; this would be a huge scandal…

Eriri can’t even imagine the terrifying consequences.

    “Is she looking for someone?”

Kitagami Yoru turned around in surprise, watching Eriri disappear into the crowd.

This high-class lady loli with an attitude, always looking down on others; is she trying to show off?

Kato Megumi glanced at Eriri and Kitagami Yoru with a puzzled look.

“Let’s continue, Kato-san.” Kitagami Yoru continued walking with Kato Megumi, browsing the Cosplay Exhibition.

They saw a classmate from Shuchiiin Academy, a blonde bombshell who was taking pictures of cosplayers and stepped on Kitagami Yoru’s foot.

It was around three in the afternoon.

Kitagami Yoru and Kato Megumi stood in front of a vending machine, each holding a drink.

“How are you feeling today?” Kitagami Yoru asked Kato Megumi.

“It’s not bad, I’m having fun coming out to play.” Kato Megumi nodded directly.

“Let’s hang out together next time.” A big stone in Kitagami Yoru’s heart fell.

As the two were about to leave, Aki Tomoya was helping Eriri find her lost backpack and saw Kitagami Yoru.

He suddenly remembered Kasumigaoka Utaha-senpai asking for help on Friday afternoon when she was being stalked.

And in front of him is the person who stole Kasumigaoka Utaha’s stockings and panties.

    So then.

He hesitated for a moment, hurriedly turned back, and stood in front of Kitagami Yoru and Kato Megumi.

“You are Kitagami Yoru, the one who stole Utaha-senpai’s personal belongings?” Aki Tomoya pushed his glasses up, addressing the tall Kitagami Yoru.

He had no good feelings towards the person who hurt Kasumigaoka Utaha and wasn’t afraid of Kitagami Yoru’s impulsiveness.

Because the school couldn’t withstand many students questioning the school administration about not punishing Kitagami Yoru, they had already given a response.

Everyone knew the two conditions that Kitagami Yoru had to abide by.

If Kitagami Yoru dared to physically assault someone, he would definitely be expelled.

Aki Tomoya also heard from others that Kitagami Yoru was easy to bully and looked weak.
