Chapter 14 Fight!

“Go to hell!”

With a roar, a long sword slashes through the air, accompanied by a deafening sound.

Noah narrowed his eyes and stood firm, gripping the hilt of the sword with one hand and holding the blade steady with the other.

Then, they meet head-on!

“Noah……”!

With the clash of the sword’s edge producing sparks, the sharp clang of iron and gold echoes through the air, leaving one’s teeth aching and their lungs trembling.

Despite Noah’s preparation, a surge of overwhelming force comes through the longsword, causing his body to involuntarily slide backward.

The soles of his shoes leave long, black shoeprints on the stone floor until they almost touch the wall of the narrow alley. He finally manages to steady himself.

Noah swings the sword around and shakes his wrist, dispelling that lingering softness.

From just the Strength aspect alone, the difference seems quite significant.

No, it’s actually very large.

Noah is sure that even at his peak, his Strength wouldn’t match Valetta. He hasn’t fully recovered from his battle with the Demon King and subsequent limit-breaking fight yet.

Plus, Valetta doesn’t look like a Strength-type warrior.

The strike by Noah didn’t manage to kill Valetta outright; Valetta was surprised, but she quickly grew anxious.

Especially considering the wound in her abdomen that would have been fatal for her, though it only killed her instantly. But Endless’s relentless pain coursed through her entire body, shaking what little remained of her sanity.

If Valetta had wanted to pull Noah back earlier, after realizing she’d been deceived, the desire turned into hatred!

Valetta didn’t care about appearances, but seeing Thanatos’s bald and pitiful state, she still preferred a quick death over this!

So, for the sake of her hair, she decided to kill him.

This was Valetta’s only thought at the moment!

Gazing into that intense intent to kill, Norway didn’t flinch. He simply swung his long sword.

“What difference does it make? I’ve killed more people in my lifetime than anyone else ever will! That’s why I always win!”

Noah, unflinching under Valetta’s stunned gaze, launched his own attack!

A quick kick sent the ground shattering and a blast-like explosion, with smoke and dust flying everywhere, and Noah’s Figure disappeared on the spot.

The silver sword blade sliced through the air, its light scattered in the sun like a rainbow, racing toward him with the speed of wind and lightning.

In the moment Valetta just realized, Blade Edge had already approached her.

She instinctively stepped back and lifted her sword to block.

Unexpectedly, the wild Energy Momentum of the sword light only touched her slightly before dissipating like a faint mist, leaving no sense of force behind it.

At the same time, Valetta felt a sharp pain in her face and instinctively tilted her head.

The next instant, though the sword tip was empty, the Sword Qi still sliced across her cheek, sending droplets of Blood flying into the air.

“You!”

Injured Valetta wanted to roar, but Noah pushed her back with a more rapid sword strike, forcing her to swallow whatever words she had been about to say.

She instinctively stepped back, while the attack followed close behind her.

The scattered Sword Qi shattered the wall, and Fierce Wind dispersed the flying dust. Silver-haired youth then burst out with a force like lightning.

They emerged from the alleyway, jumped onto the roof of a house, and then leaped to the main street.

The sword left behind countless Phantoms, and the scream of the sword waves swept across everything, slicing it into fragments.

Valetta blocked with her sword, but that sword light only touched her slightly before flowing around her like water, leaving cuts all over her body and rendering her StrengthFundamental useless!

Technique!

It’s a difference in Technique!

Despite being superior in Strength and Speed, the gap between them in Swordsmanship was even greater!

Especially one golden-haired figure, who was swiftly and lightly moving through the crowd, cutting down enemies with their sword.

However, Noah’s peripheral vision suddenly caught a flash of golden light, and its speed and direction seemed to be heading towards him?

“You’re lucky this time, kid! Next time, I’ll absolutely kill you!”

Noah doesn’t look back; Valetta on the opposite side releases harsh words and then turns around, jumping down from the rooftop.
