Chapter 55 Loki: This is the bomb!

Despite the sun shining outside and the bustling crowds, the front desk of Dia White Hospital felt as silent as if a Magic spell had frozen the air, eerily quiet.

Airmid scanned the few girls in front of her…

There was Maryuu·Reage, a human Elf female with long, deep blue hair and a super busty figure.

Though an Amazon, she was the most “girlish” of Asteria Familia, Iska?Bula.

And Asta Knox, a petite Dwarf vanguard.

And, Ryu Lion, a golden-haired, masked Elf who had only exchanged a few words with Airmid.

Right, Asteria Familia had come to buy medicine for their expedition after the North Street Charity Feast attack was resolved half a month ago.

Counting the time, it was indeed about time for them to finish their expedition and return to the surface.

But, maybe, her life was also ending…

Remembering the words she had just blurted out unconsciously, Airmid felt her whole body’s Blood rushing to her face.

Without looking in a mirror, Airmid was sure her face was even redder than Blood.

At that moment, Airmid wished she could just faint.

However, her Body completely disobeyed her will, stubbornly remaining conscious, unable to move, not even able to turn around or squat down.

Seeing Airmid’s embarrassment, Maryuu, who had a big-sister vibe just like her figure, smiled slightly and turned to look at the Familia members.

“I’m going to have a chat with Airmid. You guys go see if there’s anything else you need to buy. Dian Sect Familia doesn’t just have medicine; there are lots of good things too. You can buy something as a reward for finishing a tough expedition.”

The girls of Asteria Familia looked at Airmid, whose face was flushed and eyes were spinning, and couldn’t help but feel a sense of affection for this little girl, even younger than the youngest member of the Familia.

She still sleeps with a doll at night, so no matter how serious she is, she’s still a little girl… After exchanging thoughts with each other through eye contact, the girls suppressed their smiles and dispersed to different parts of the store.

“Airmid, it’s okay. It’s not a weird habit to like hugging something when you sleep.”

This voice was slow and gentle, but full of Mana that could soothe people, in short, it was a synonym for ‘motherly’.

Even Airmid, whose soul felt like it was about to be burned and annihilated by shame, couldn’t help but be healed by this voice and barely woke up.

Huh? They just thought I liked hugging dolls?

“Really? They won’t laugh at me…”

In a daze, Airmid turned towards the source of the voice and found Maryuu standing beside her, having somehow appeared at the counter without her noticing.

However, even when Airmid looked up, she couldn’t quite make out Maryuu’s expression, only catching a glimpse of her long, dark blue hair swaying gently.

Apart from the height difference, the main reason for this was that Maryuu, who had been granted the title of ‘Stella Mater’ by the gods for her exceptional Magic Healing abilities, had an aura that was…

    No!

It was more like a towering mountain that far exceeded the norm!

Among the bust sizes Airmid had seen, Maryuu’s could easily rank in the top 3!

Especially from Airmid’s current vantage point, looking up from below, those breasts seemed like 2 mountains about to descend from the heavens, their fullness straining against the fabric of her clothes and curving downwards under gravity’s pull, overwhelming Airmid’s vision!

Staring blankly at those breasts, Airmid unconsciously lowered her head, her gaze falling to her toes without any obstruction.

Under the crushing defeat of her fundamental charm as an Elf female, the feeling of embarrassment and shame in Airmid’s heart almost vanished instantly.

Although there was an age gap, Airmid didn’t have the confidence that she could catch up to Maryuu even when she grew up.

Meanwhile, Maryuu remained oblivious to the drastic change in her junior’s emotions over the past few seconds.

She found a chair, sat down, stretched her shoulders to relieve the stiffness, and then lifted her ample bust with both hands, giving a contented sigh as she let them ‘plop’ back down onto the table.

It was like a bag full of cheese being squished and molded into a plump, rounded shape on the table.

    “Mmm, that feels good~~”

As Airmid’s eyes nearly turned into dead fish eyes, Maryuu showed a relieved and comfortable expression, followed by a hint of thoughtfulness in her eyes.

“Ryu and Noin are good kids, why would they make fun of Airmid? Besides, they’re probably too busy to do that now; everyone was up all night yesterday…”

Before Maryuu’s eyes, the image of Saber with silver hair fighting Goliath alone floated vaguely into view.

They thought he was a senior, but it turned out he was a newcomer who had just received his Falna?

    This was impossible!

    Don’t joke about it!

If someone had told the girls of Asteria Familia that there was a newcomer who got his Falna and could solo a floor boss, they would have dismissed it as a boring joke from some tavern.

But perhaps because everyone was shocked by that scene yesterday, almost all of them wanted to rush to Loki Familia to get to the bottom of it.

Last night, if it weren’t for the most level-headed Arcanist Liana and Goddess Asteria stopping things, it would have really turned into chaos.

Even so, Maryuu was sure that most people probably didn’t sleep a wink.

This was evident from the yawns of nearly everyone when they got up in the morning… However, Ryu seemed unaffected, bursting with energy as if she had a great night’s sleep, which surprised Maryuu a bit.

Because Maryuu knew the usually composed Noin had suddenly been very enthusiastic about that Cifer Saber yesterday.

As the ‘third wheel’ in the Familia’s front line, Noin, unlike the excellent swordsmanship of Kaguya and Ryu, who excelled in ‘parallel incantation’ Magic Offensive Arts, didn’t have any outstanding abilities.

To put it nicely, she was down-to-earth; to put it bluntly, she was ‘plain,’ everything was quite average and ordinary.

Although she connected the front line and back line, being an essential lubricant for the team, Noin must have unconsciously hoped for the moment she could charge across the battlefield, sword in hand, defeating enemies.

Perhaps it was in that silver-haired Saber that she projected a figure she could never achieve, which made Noin so excited.

And Kaguya, Alise, Neze, and Iska were a bit better, but Maryuu knew they were also filled with overwhelming emotions.

Sure enough, early in the morning, they urged Goddess Asteria to visit Loki Familia, wanting to get to the bottom of things.

This left Maryuu to handle the materials obtained from the expedition.

The only one in the Familia who was still the least mature and also a front-liner, Ryu, seemed to be unaffected, even refusing to go to Loki Familia, which surprised Maryuu.

She wondered how their conversation was going now.

    Maryuu’s heart unconsciously drifted northward.

At this moment, inside Twilight Manor…

“I don’t care! I don’t care! I want to kick this beast that tarnished Ais’s name out of the Familia! It doesn’t matter who comes! I don’t want to dominate Orario! I won’t let Freya wash my feet or massage my legs! I want him gone! Disappear from my sight!!”

Watching Loki roll around on the ground like a hard-shelled rat, even shaking the Divine Chamber, Riveria looked helplessly at Finn beside her.

    “Hey! Think of something quickly!”

Finn licked his right thumb, showing a calm smile as if everything was under control.

“Don’t worry, it’ll be sorted out soon.”

    “Sorted out? How?”

As soon as Riveria finished speaking, shouts from the other guild members echoed through the hallway.

“Miss Riveria! Guild Leader! It’s the Asteria Familia, they say they’re here to visit Loki!”

    Justice Familia?

    Riveria and Finn exchanged glances.

Ten minutes later, the guest room.

“Oh, what can I do? It’s not my fault that Loki is as radiant as a pearl illuminating the night! She was just walking down the street when that kid came up to her, clinging to her leg and sobbing that he had to join her Familia, even threatening to jump off the city wall and commit suicide if she didn’t accept him!”
