    Chapter 159 Berserker Ascends!

Kuzuki appears within minutes, causing the Servants present to fall one by one in an unexplained manner.

Despite the King of Heroes’ arrogance, he is forced to lower his head and look directly at Kuzuki.

Based on the methods he demonstrated earlier, Gilgamesh must admit that Kuzuki poses a genuine threat to his existence.

    “Bastard, you’ve angered the king!”

The golden-haired, golden-armored, golden-noble phantasm known as “Goldie (Gilgamesh)”—the King of Heroes Gilgamesh—is the origin of all European civilizations and the ancient ruler of Mesopotamia. In the mythological spectrum, he is considered the prototype of all subsequent legends.

Now, release Noble Phantasm·Gate of Babylon (King’s Treasure)!

A hundred golden light circles ripple around him, forming a massive screen-like barrier. Each circle contains a prototype of a noble phantasm.

Light flashes, and the hundred sharp blades launch a meteoric downpour of attacks!

Kuzuki just used his ultimate move, so he needs to recover his stamina. Additionally, EMIYA and berserker are watching from the sidelines, giving Gilgamesh the upper hand. He instinctively dodges by moving his body, instantly summoning seven or eight phantoms that trail behind him like a delayed shadow!

In an instant, numerous illusory figures fill the battlefield, flying in every direction. The dense flow of light cannot keep up with him and can only chase after the phantoms as he wildly slashes through the empty wasteland.

On the other side, EMIYA looks serious, speaking to Tohsaka Rin and Emiya Shirou behind him: “Rin, listen carefully, don’t ask any questions, just do what I say. If you want to win this Holy Grail War, you can’t just force it. You must wait for the opportunity, wait until the most critical moment. To do this, I need you to survive.

I will use all my strength to coordinate with ArcherAttack. You take the opportunity to retreat to the outermost side of the Barrier, preferably with Einzbern, and leave from here. When Caster dies, that will be your chance. Before that, you must survive no matter what. Do you understand?!”

“Archer, what are you going to do?” Tohsaka Rin already knows EMIYA’s plans but still finds it hard to believe.

“Rin, I believe you can do it.” EMIYA says his final farewell before rushing headlong into battle.

Despite only knowing each other for two days, EMIYA is undoubtedly important to Tohsaka Rin. She tries to grab his back figure, but Emiya Shirou catches her hand instead.

The young man looks serious and composed, even more so than Tohsaka Rin.

“Do as he says, Tohsaka, and get away from here.” Emiya Shirou drags her hand and dashes off in the direction EMIYA specified—towards Ilyasviel’s location.

A silver-haired angel-like beauty stands beside a towering figure like a mountain. Since entering the barrier, he has finally begun to move!

He wields a massive stone sword and begins running.

    Dang! Dang! Dang!

Treading on the ground, it causes vibrations to spread out. Every step forward leaves a Pit in the ground, like a heavy battle chariot’s advance, towering figures crossing Emiya Shirou and Tohsaka Rin, charging toward the battlefield.

However, they were just sitting around with soy sauce, clearly Servants who had fallen to the level of spectators, suddenly blocking the path of berserker’s attack.

Like a dream awakening, Medea (Caster) stands in front of berserker, floating above, launching Array attacks, countless Mana cannonballs bombarding berserker. Even berserker’s thick hide is unharmed, and none of the attacks do any damage!

“What?” Medea (Caster) gasps in shock, disbelieffully staring at berserker. Her Mana attacks are completely ineffective!

That’s on par with a level B Magecraft attack, comparable to the destructive power of a battle chariot’s cannon. Such an attack would be rendered useless by berserker.

Medea (Caster) knows he is Heracles (Berserker), the Greek god of strength, possessing Noble Phantasm “God Hand (Twelve Labors),” with nearly curse-level Undying nature and twelve lives. But she doesn’t know that God Hand (Twelve Labors) has three effects:

First, it transforms his physical body into a strong armor, nullifying all level B or lower (including level B) attacks, whether they are physical or Magecraft; second, after death, his physical body automatically revives due to the stored 11 lives. Therefore, Heracles (Berserker) won’t be destroyed unless he is killed 12 times; third, once an attack has been used, it becomes ineffective the second time, provided he dies once.

Additionally, his [Endurance], [Divinity], and [Valor] are at A+ levels, making his defense beyond conceivable limits. Only Noble Phantasm of level A or higher Magecraft can harm him, and even then, only to a limited extent. To kill him outright, you’d need attacks far beyond that.

If it weren’t for the interference by the King of Heroes holding him back, Heracles (Berserker) would be unambiguously the strongest Servant in this Holy Grail War!

Caster isn’t known for her offensive capabilities. To kill Heracles (Berserker), she needs a significant amount of preparation. Without it, her chances are zero.

Facing Medea (Caster)’s confusion, berserker’s uncontrollable rage won’t allow him to think so deeply. With more animal instinct than rationality, he only knows how to tear apart his enemies without hesitation.

    Thud!

In the Pit of Ground Fracture, berserker leaps high into the air like a cannonball, launching himself in a projectile arc toward Medea (Caster). In mid-air, his thick, muscular arms rise with veins bulging, swinging his sword wildly at Medea (Caster)!

At the critical moment, a white light suddenly rises from the ground and dashes toward him faster than his own sword.

    Thud!

Medusa (Rider) releases her Noble Phantasm’s flowing light horse, colliding directly with berserker’s sword. The collision produces a massive resonance throughout the barrier, like a tidal wave of storm force, pushing everything in its path away.

Medea (Caster), who had been right beside them, is nowhere to be seen. The cherry blossoms on Sword Hill scatter and dissipate as her figure emerges from the ground.

In fact, even if Medusa (Rider) hadn’t blocked berserker’s attack, Medea (Caster) would still be fine.

Space transfer of this level is just a minor engineering task for her. She can release it in the blink of an eye.

While that’s true, Medusa (Rider)’s efforts to protect her have improved her mood, and she lets out a low hum under her breath.

    Bleep.

Gasping heavily, Medusa (Rider) collapses beside Medea (Caster), sweating on her cheeks.

With the support of Medea (Caster)’s Mana, “Bellerophon (Bridle of Chivalry)” easily kills berserker in one hit. However, this Noble Phantasm is rendered ineffective against the opponent. Without “Bellerophon (Bridle of Chivalry),” Medusa (Rider) has no way to kill berserker.

Monster, capable of taking on two Servants alone, I assume assassin is involved—three Servants wouldn’t stand a chance against them.

Thinking about this, Medea (Caster) glances in Kuzuki’s direction.

Umm, there seems to be a Monster that doesn’t even lose to berserker here…

The two archers are being chased and shot at. If they weren’t back-to-back, I think they’d get killed right away…
