Chapter 61 Slaughter to the End!

    Scream.

    Run away in all directions.

The entire town erupts in chaotic turmoil like boiling water.

Many White Monsters appear on the streets, resembling oversized mutant rabbits about 3 meters tall and very agile.

They look similar to each other, with their bodies able to change shape freely. They are constantly hunting humans.

The previously quiet streets are now filled with running humans.

Humans and monsters are everywhere—on the streets, inside buildings, on the training ground, and in every corner of the town.

A real-time massacre is unfolding right before our eyes.

Monsters grab humans, rip off their heads, drink their blood from the neck, and leave the body behind. Some monsters transform one hand into a pocket to continuously stuff humans inside. When they are full of humans, they use another hand shaped like a spiral blade to pull them out. Other monsters transform their fingers into sharp needles and string humans together like skewers before eating them completely.

After Kuzuki jumps onto the roof, he sees this scene unfold.

A thick taste of blood fills the air, along with the sharp screams of humans.

Faced with this sight, Kuzuki’s intent to kill surges uncontrollably. His arms tense up, and he knows who is responsible for this situation without a doubt.

    Nanahara Fumito, the inevitable killer!

Overflowing with intent to kill, Kuzuki instantly transforms into a shadow and disappears.

    Gasp!

The air explodes with a sound, and the roof collapses dramatically. The noise and wind awaken Kisaragi Saya from her lost state.

Upon seeing Old One eating humans, her pupil suddenly contracts.

There’s no time to think now; we must follow the agreement and protect everyone!

Her eyes instantly turn into red vertical pupils as Kisaragi Saya stands up with a sword in hand, ready to charge toward nearby Old One!

    Meanwhile.

Kuzuki uses the Aerial Combat Footwork from Military Killing Fist, soaring through tens of meters like wind and lightning in an instant.

Even while still in mid-air, attacks rain down like waves.

He looked down on the many monsters with an air of superiority, quickly locking them in his sights. His arms transformed into shadowy extensions, billowing through the air as he unleashed a devastating flurry of blows from the Hundred Steps Divine Fist!

In an instant, the monsters within a 50-meter radius exploded simultaneously, sending a massive wave of blood rain across the area and leaving the region eerily empty.

At this point, Kuzuki finally landed under the influence of gravity. His sudden stumble upon landing left him half-kneeling on the ground, his arms bracing against it as his chest heaved with labored breaths.

The sheer power of the explosion drained him heavily, leaving him struggling to catch his breath for a moment.

However, not all monsters were defeated. Some had only suffered partial damage and writhed in pain before regenerating fully. Others had been torn into two pieces but quickly fused back together after rapid regeneration.

The situation grew even more bizarre as the Old One began to split off additional copies of itself during its recovery. While the main body was convulsing, it produced several identical clones that quickly filled the area with hundreds of grotesque White Monsters!

Hundreds of monsters surrounded Kuzuki and charged at him simultaneously, transforming into weapons like swords and spears as they closed in densely.

With so many monsters closing in on him, Kuzuki barely had time to recover his breath before launching a counterattack. Ignoring the sharp pains in his body, he forced himself to move.

He wrapped his arms around himself as if holding an invisible object and suddenly thrust upward with a burst of energy.

Scorching Sun Fist·Fire Cloud Burning City!

As he pushed his arms upward, the surrounding environment changed dramatically. The air became unusually dry and hot, with intense waves of heat rising and spreading outward.

It seemed like he had reached a critical point. A massive wave of flames erupted around him, creating a fierce wind as they spread out in all directions.

The densely packed monsters were not only pushed back by the intense heat but also caught fire themselves. Their weaponized limbs warped and transformed under the scorching conditions!

The area instantly became a fiery wasteland, with flames consuming all remaining monsters.

Kuzuki coughed up a mouthful of blood as his lungs were severely damaged.

He couldn’t afford to relax yet. The monsters in the fire suddenly banded together and formed a large ball. While the outer layers burned and melted away, the core remained intact. Even more monsters from the outside seemed to be drawn to this location.

From above, one could see that many monsters within the town had gathered around Kuzuki, seemingly under some command. Within moments, hundreds of monsters converged on him!

At this moment, Kisaragi Saya appeared from afar, her entire body drenched in blood.

“These monsters are all fragments, and they won’t die easily. We need to find the true form.”

    “Where is it?”

Kisaragi Saya pointed toward the center of the fiery area with her longsword.”There!”

The location she indicated was where the monsters had gathered together.

Originally, his true form was right here, so he didn’t have to huddle together.

Kuzuki wiped the blood from his lips and sat on his horse with a relaxed posture. He made a fist and focused his mind, ready to launch himself like a rocket in the next moment!

    Military Killing Fist·Unbeaten Warship!

A dark storm rumbled overhead as Kuzuki’s standing ground suddenly cracked and collapsed into a massive hole. A wave of energy exploded outward, leaving behind a shadowy figure that pulled out a wave of air like a comet streaking through the sky!

Like Moses parting the Red Sea, the flames spread outward following his path. The winds nearly extinguished Flame, and from above, you could see the surging sea of fire being split by an unexpected vacuum corridor!

    “Boom”

A massive explosion echoed out, accompanied by Fierce Wind tearing through the area. Kuzuki finally stopped his motion!

He stretched out a fist toward the front and kept it in that gesture as a massive ball of light appeared before him, leaving a gaping hole like a crescent moon with a missing chunk.

The strong winds swept through, extinguishing the flames and blowing Kisaragi Saya’s hair. She stared at Kuzuki’s figure with her mouth slightly open.

That head of the Old One that was hidden within the split body was naturally dead and couldn’t be killed again, even if a complete body could be found. Once his true form died, the remaining split bodies melted away like candles under Flame.

Kuzuki slowly retracted his fist, with his face pale and unusually red before it returned to normal.

He looked at Kisaragi Saya the same way he would a stranger and didn’t say anything.

    ·········

The Sanbara Academy, a private school located in the center of town, had a helicopter parked on the roof of the Teaching Building. Several fully armed soldiers stood guard around it.

At that moment, Rooftop’s door suddenly opened, and Kisaragi Saya’s classmates poured out.

    “Fumito-san, take us with you!”

“The performance is over. I need to leave now. Wait for me.”

Standing before the helicopter door, Nanahara Fumito looked at these main actors with a cold glint in his eyes: “Since it’s already over, there’s no use for the actors anymore. Send them on their way.”

In disbelief, the others watched as Nanahara Fumito waved his hand. The soldiers around him turned their guns on them.

His expression quickly changed from hope to despair. Their bodies tried to stop and escape, but it was too late.

    “Boom”

Rain of bullets shot through them without mercy, taking their lives. After a few people collapsed in the blood, Nanahara Fumito looked out into the distance. The white rabbit-like monster began to melt and disappear from the center outward.

    “Take off, we’re going!”
